Every Thursday of the week KCRA 3 goes out into the community and broadcasts live for their 6:30 p.m. newscast which is anchored by Dave Walker and Lois Hart. Every week is a different topic, they interview a few people during the show who are involved in the community or part of an organization which I thought was neat.
These are pictures when they came out to the Oak Park Community Center on Martin Luther King Blvd near South Sac. The broadcast every week is only expected to run through June when the Mayoral elections are held. I'm guessing this broadcast helps people understand issues that are going on in the community.
