John Hamilton who has been a pilot with the station since the 90s has now left the morning/ afternoon show after most likely not coming to a contract agreement (what normally happens at KCRA) or decided to move on from the TV industry. His son interestingly graduated from the same high school as me and I remember him being on the baseball team at Sheldon High. Below is video from a newscast of when his son's dreams came true joining at College baseball team in Nebraska.
